Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform DFA for products and related jigs.
  • •Perform PFMEA to enable error-less production-line implementation and manage product quality in production.
  • •Develop and validate production processes for each project type, targeting ideal robustness prior to HVM.
  • •Provide real-time problem-solving for unknown engineering issues in the production line.
  • •Establish new production lines at CM sites and lead CM engineering parties to excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Sc. in Mechanical or Industrial engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • •5+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience leading projects in the electro-mechanical field and managing CM/vendors, plus project/production management or quality leadership at a CM site.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on precision, proactiveness, pragmatism, and creativity.
  • •Excellent English reading and writing skills.
