Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic leadership, governance, and functional management of the Project Controls function across the assigned business grouping.
  • •Serve as the primary Project Controls focal point for client and contractor teams; ensure alignment with client reporting requirements.
  • •Develop and maintain planning and cost control structures aligned to the WBS, including fully resourced schedules and logic-linked Gantt charts.
  • •Oversee cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring approved changes are reflected in budgets and schedules.
  • •Lead risk and change management activities, chair Project Controls meetings, and report project status and KPIs to management.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum ISCED Level 6 (Bachelor's Degree) in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • •Advanced expertise across Project Controls disciplines including planning & scheduling, cost control, estimating, change control, and risk analysis.
  • •Extensive experience in Project Controls leadership.
  • •Strong experience managing multidisciplinary Project Controls teams.
  • •Excellent understanding of Project Management principles and methodologies, with experience supporting engineering and construction projects.
