Serve as a deep consulting expert and trusted advisor for enterprise clients, anchoring end-to-end solution architecture across complex, multi-workstream MarTech engagements on the Adobe Experience Cloud. Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a go-to authority across the Adobe Experience Cloud portfolio, architecting, troubleshooting, and optimizing across the full stack.
•Own end-to-end solution architecture for complex, multi-workstream engagements spanning CDP, journey orchestration, campaign management, and content management.
•Enable customers directly through architecture workshops, discovery sessions, and hands-on enablement so teams can extend and operate solutions for lasting value.
•Translate marketing domain expertise into data models, segmentation strategies, decisioning frameworks, and personalization use cases customers can operationalize.
•Mentor and guide delivery consultants and architects, contribute to pre-sales and RFP solutioning, and bring AI-powered tools and agentic thinking into consulting delivery.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•15+ years of hands-on consulting experience delivering enterprise SaaS or MarTech solutions with deep expertise across the Adobe Experience Cloud stack (CDP, journey orchestration, campaign management, content management, analytics, personalization).
•Demonstrated client-facing consulting ability to enable and guide customers beyond go-live, teaching teams how to extend, operate, and realize lasting value.
•Proven ability to own enterprise-scale architecture end-to-end, navigating ambiguous requirements and resolving cross-team trade-offs to deliver successful go-live.
•Deep marketing domain expertise in at least one vertical (banking/financial services, telecommunications, airlines, hospitality, or retail) and the ability to connect marketing strategy to technical architecture.
•Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field is a plus, with working knowledge of data science/ML/AI or agentic concepts.
•Experience mentoring consultants or architects and contributing to pre-sales or RFP solutioning (can be in addition).
•Working knowledge of AI-powered tools to accelerate consulting delivery (can be in addition).
