Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather and align schedule inputs across all project phases (planning through commissioning).
  • •Integrate schedules with technical advisors, client experts, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless schedule adoption.
  • •Track, analyze, and report schedule performance, achievements, and forecasts throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Conduct quality checks, critical path analysis, and schedule comparisons, including DCMA-style assessments.
  • •Lead forensic reviews and delay analysis to support claims and project reviews, and present insights via dashboards and summary reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven background as a Lead Planner, Senior Scheduler, or Planner/Schedule Manager within Natural Resources (Oil and Gas, Mining and metals).
  • •Advanced Primavera P6 skills; experience with Safran, Acumen Fuse, or Primavera Risk is highly desirable.
  • •Ability to perform schedule analysis including critical path analysis, schedule comparisons, and DCMA assessments.
  • •Experience conducting schedule risk assessments, Earned Value Management (EVM), and Schedule Performance Index (SPI) monitoring.
  • •Strong communication skills and experience working effectively in client-embedded roles across consultancy and contractor environments.
