Job Summary

Drive Dell’s AI Development & Agent Ops transformation by shaping agentic portfolio strategy, roadmap, and prioritization across the agentic SDLC. Design and govern specification standards, quality gates, and operational best practices for scalable adoption of agentic capabilities. Research AI/agentic trends and run evaluations, pilots, and proofs of concept. Partner with engineering, product, security, and infrastructure stakeholders, and deliver executive recommendations and business cases for portfolio investment.

•Influence agentic portfolio strategy, roadmap, and prioritization framework for integrating agentic capabilities across the SDLC.
•Design and develop agentic capabilities that enhance product management upstream in the software development lifecycle.
•Establish and govern specification standards, quality gates, and operational best practices for scalable adoption.
•Research emerging AI and agentic trends; conduct proofs of concept, pilots, evaluations, and experimentation to create value.
•Manage and assess the agentic vendor/partner ecosystem and develop executive-level recommendations and business cases.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,200 - 240,900

Key Requirements

•8+ years in a product management role within software-intensive organizations, with experience contributing to large-scale transformation.
•Hands-on familiarity with modern software development practices, including CI/CD, DevOps, and developer tooling, plus strong knowledge of the AI/agentic development landscape.
•Ability to take ambiguous problems, structure them, and deliver concrete outputs such as analyses, prototypes, specifications, or frameworks.
•Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, security, and infrastructure stakeholders.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills to document technical complexity for technical and non-technical audiences.
