Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute manufacturing from initial prototyping through large full-scale production.
  • •Partner with design engineers to drive design for manufacturability and transition from design to prototype to rate production.
  • •Own manufacturing documentation (e.g., MBOMs, work instructions, and requirements) for producing hardware at scale.
  • •Advise on quality management and implement production and test methodologies and best practices for scaling capabilities.
  • •Collaborate with manufacturing planning teams on capacity planning, analyze continuous-improvement metrics, and travel to suppliers to source and resolve production issues.

Salary: USD 86,000 - 112,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in a technical field preferred such as engineering, math, or a hard science.
  • •3+ years of experience in a relevant field, preferably manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware.
  • •Demonstrated ability to creatively deliver electromechanical hardware in a resource-constrained environment.
