Job Summary

Plan and control high-complexity manufacturing across multiple lines by building and optimizing production schedules around business demand, manufacturing and material constraints. Drive line performance improvements across key KPIs (OTD, EOP, CT, SOE), manage tool configuration and slotting, and oversee NPMA approval and allocation. Serve as main contact to Product Support and R&D teams to plan field and home tool support activities, capacity fulfillment, and option build cycles.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan and control high-complexity manufacturing multiple line scheduling considering business demands and manufacturing/material constraints.
•Be responsible for line OTD, own tool configuration and slotting, and manage NPMA approval and allocation.
•Drive line performance and KPIs improvement (OTD, EOP, CT, SOE) and support manufacturing capacity fulfillment.
•Manage training period allocation and plan field support activities as main contact to Product Support teams.
•Coordinate manufacturing needed capacity, plan retrofit projects, manage home tools support activities, and manage R&D needs/option build plan cycles as main contacts.

Travel: Low travel

•Demonstrate expanded conceptual knowledge in the production control discipline and broaden capabilities.
•Understand key business drivers and apply them to accomplish assigned work.
•Solve straightforward problems by analyzing possible solutions using technical experience, judgment, and precedents.
•Provide informal guidance to new team members despite having no supervisory responsibilities.
•Communicate complex information to others clearly in straightforward terms.
