Key Responsibilities

•Start each day prepared with supplies and PPE for patient care.
•Use technology to access your schedule and travel to each patient’s home.
•Build rapport with patients while collecting relevant information and performing services.
•Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection, label samples properly, and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.
•Provide patient-centric diagnostic, low-acuity care including services such as diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 30 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in venipuncture.
•Ability to provide high-quality care with professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, care, and compassion.
•Technologically savvy; comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination.
•Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
•State-required licensure and/or proof of training (or national certification where state licensure isn’t required).
