Key Responsibilities

  • •Create motion design across brand, product, and growth: social content, ad creative, product animations, launch videos, and more
  • •Develop and maintain a motion language for Superpower — timing, easing, transitions, and principles that scale
  • •Produce short-form video content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels
  • •Design UI animations and micro-interactions that elevate the product experience
  • •Collaborate with brand designers, product designers, and engineers to integrate motion into every surface

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3–6+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or video—at a studio, agency, brand, or in-house team
  • •A reel that shows range: brand films, social content, UI animation, typographic motion, or experimental work
  • •Mastery of After Effects. Strong working knowledge of Premiere, Cinema 4D, or Blender
  • •Understanding of animation principles—timing, weight, easing—and how they serve storytelling
  • •Ability to work fast without sacrificing craft. We move at startup speed
