Job Summary

Own Stream’s growth in developer channels by running three end-to-end programs: social & community, sponsorships & partnerships, and a developer email program. Partner closely with Marketing and Developer Relations (DevRel) to engage authentically, coordinate creator and sponsorship deliverables, segment audiences, and measure performance. Use data and continuous iteration to improve community health, ROI, and email outcomes while maintaining a consistent developer-facing brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

•Own Stream’s presence in developer channels (including Discord, X/Twitter, Reddit) and engage authentically with the community.
•Run sponsorships and partnerships end to end: identify opportunities, manage creators/influencers, negotiate deliverables, and ensure on-brand execution.
•Drive strategy and execution of the developer email program across newsletters, announcements, and lifecycle messaging.
•Measure and improve program performance using email metrics (opens, clicks, downstream signups) and ROI for sponsorship campaigns.
•Surface developer feedback to internal teams and track community health, growth, engagement, and sentiment.

Pay and Benefits
