Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and execute analytical methodologies including causal impact modeling and measuring incremental ROI on quick commerce investments.
  • •Collaborate with senior quick commerce, operations, and supply chain partners to recommend analytics solutions, influence priorities, and present insights effectively.
  • •Define measurement frameworks and metric definitions for key quick commerce initiatives and build complex SQL models to transform massive datasets into actionable insights.
  • •Design and build reporting and visualization assets, including dashboards (Looker/Tableau) and agentic solutions for root-cause analysis (e.g., delivery delays or stockouts).
  • •Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and drive AI-powered analytics automation, including agentic workflows, LLM-assisted insight generation, and prompt-engineered pipelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or advanced degree in Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in data analytics with a strong focus on SQL, Python, data modeling, and data visualization.
  • •Advanced SQL proficiency (preferably with BigQuery or similar DWH) and experience in Looker or Tableau; familiarity with dbt/Airflow is a plus.
  • •Solid background in statistical analysis and data modeling.
  • •Experience mentoring other analysts and strong communication/presentation skills, with ability to work independently on complex projects.
