Key Responsibilities

  • •Proctor computerized knowledge-based examinations and objectively observe, rate, and score candidates’ clinical skills during practical exams.
  • •Prepare and manage test events by monitoring rosters, ensuring the site is correctly set up/cleaned up, and maintaining candidate flow.
  • •Verify identification, greet examinees, monitor candidates during exams, and administer or coordinate written exams as applicable.
  • •Protect exam content and manage the testing environment (including rebooting workstations and resetting passwords as necessary).
  • •Resolve candidate issues or report them to the appropriate supervisor; maintain online appointment schedules and develop relationships with testing sites and candidates.

Key Requirements

  • •Registered Nurse with an active and unrestricted license in the state of operation.
  • •1 year of experience in long-term care or experience caring for the chronically ill of any age.
  • •Intermediate to advanced technical skills and familiarity with computer programs and applications (including MS Office and Outlook).
  • •Strong communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to solve problems independently.
  • •Valid driver’s license and a vehicle, with ability to travel to test events and meet physical requirements (standing up to 8 hours; lifting up to 50 pounds).
