Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as final technical and commercial decision-maker for the P220i across its full lifecycle.
  • •Own the product roadmap, configuration baseline, requirements, and change control.
  • •Manage Italy-based development and manufacturing partnership day-to-day, including technical direction, milestones, deliverables, and commercial terms.
  • •Drive test and qualification strategy, direct test planning/acceptance criteria/evidence, and review/sign off test data.
  • •Be the primary technical and commercial point of contact for MALE-class customers, leading RFQs/SOWs, quotations, and negotiations.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree desirable in Aerospace, Mechanical, Automotive, or Propulsion Engineering.
  • •8+ years in engine/powertrain development or propulsion programme management with significant programme leadership.
  • •End-to-end ownership of a complex engine/powertrain product through development, qualification, and delivery.
  • •Experience managing development/manufacturing partnerships or joint ventures, ideally cross-border.
  • •Strong commercial acumen for high-value, capital-intensive products.
