Key Responsibilities

  • •Own service construction and iteration of a multi-modal content understanding pipeline, addressing availability, throughput, and storage bottlenecks.
  • •Collaborate with algorithm teams to apply video representation models and large-scale vector retrieval technologies to business problems.
  • •Overcome engineering challenges during implementation of recommendation-related systems for massive video content.
  • •Abstract and enrich multi-modal vector computing components to optimize model inference performance.
  • •Improve system stability, performance, scalability, and strengthen platform-wide integration.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • •Solid programming skills with Python/C++, strong design and coding style, and ability to solve practical problems.
  • •Good communication and collaboration skills and enthusiasm for solving challenging problems.
  • •Development experience related to recommendation, search, and advertising, including recall and ranking systems.
