Global Benefits Specialist

Administer and support benefits programs for employees across assigned countries and regions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with the company’s global benefits strategy. Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits inquiries, triaging tickets in Jira and using AI tools to research and respond across geographies. Partner with Payroll, Compliance, and Legal, run audits for benefits systems data integrity, and support annual enrollment and vendor coordination.
