Key Responsibilities

•Participate in all stages of street/land projects from initial studies to construction documentation and follow-up
•Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines such as VA/dagvatten, geotechnics, environment, construction, and project management
•Contribute to the development of internal process models and personal skills within the team
•Act as a project designer or technical lead/assignment lead within your technical area
•Work in a team of over 50 colleagues across seven locations to deliver future-proof infrastructure and urban development solutions

Key Requirements

•Experience as a street/land project designer (gatu- och markprojektering)
•Ability to participate in all project stages from feasibility studies to construction documentation
•Strong collaboration skills across multiple disciplines (geotechnics, environment, design, project management)
•Self-driven, with an ability to work independently and take responsibility
•Adequate experience to contribute to growing the department within Växjö region
