Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in all stages of street/land projects from initial studies to construction documentation and follow-up
  • •Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines such as VA/dagvatten, geotechnics, environment, construction, and project management
  • •Contribute to the development of internal process models and personal skills within the team
  • •Act as a project designer or technical lead/assignment lead within your technical area
  • •Work in a team of over 50 colleagues across seven locations to deliver future-proof infrastructure and urban development solutions

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a street/land project designer (gatu- och markprojektering)
  • •Ability to participate in all project stages from feasibility studies to construction documentation
  • •Strong collaboration skills across multiple disciplines (geotechnics, environment, design, project management)
  • •Self-driven, with an ability to work independently and take responsibility
  • •Adequate experience to contribute to growing the department within Växjö region
