Job Summary

Provide direct clinical nursing care and health monitoring for residents at a federally contracted ICE residential facility. Perform assessments, vital sign monitoring, medication administration, wound care, and emergency response while supporting acute and chronic conditions (including pediatric patients). Key Responsibilities

•Provide nursing assessments, health screenings, vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care within the LVN scope of practice.
•Assist with evaluation and management of acute and chronic conditions, including pediatric patients.
•Conduct intake health screenings, document health histories and immunization status, and support communicable disease screening and infection control.
•Apply trauma-informed care, observe and document behavioral health concerns, and use de-escalation and motivational interviewing while meeting mandatory reporting requirements.
•Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medication records, respond to emergencies, and coordinate transfers for higher levels of care as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 30 hourly

Key Requirements

•Current, unrestricted Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) licensure in the State of Louisiana.
•Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital, urgent care, community health, public health, correctional health, or residential care setting.
•Current First Aid and CPR certification (must be maintained throughout employment).
•Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance (up to and including a Tier 4 DHS clearance).
•Must be a U.S. Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident with proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
