Category Manager - Refrigerants & Oil

Own the Refrigerants & Oil category for the Procurement team in Davidson, NC. Develop and execute category strategy, expand preferred supplier programs, and manage supplier performance across quality, cost, and delivery. Partner with internal stakeholders and business unit procurement teams to transition suppliers and support NPD procurement. Lead RFx-based negotiations, manage contract compliance, and actively mitigate supply and supplier risks while improving category productivity through value analysis and continuous improvement.
