Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the finance function operationally, including financial close, controls, reporting rhythm, compliance, and audit readiness.
  • •Lead external finance alongside the CFO across investor relations, board reporting, and fundraising.
  • •Serve as the principal on finance-side preparation workstreams for future liquidity events, directing execution and coordinating with bankers, auditors, and investors.
  • •Manage and develop Director-level direct reports across strategy, external-facing finance, and FP&A, setting clear direction and standards.
  • •Partner with VP Finance and CFO on strategic financial decisions, capital markets positioning, and board-level communications.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive finance experience with demonstrated IPO or major liquidity transaction experience as a principal driver.
  • •Proven credibility with institutional investors, investment bankers, and board members while representing the company externally at the highest level.
  • •Strong people leadership managing Director-level or equivalent reports and building high-performing finance teams in high-growth environments.
  • •Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial controls, financial statement preparation, and audit processes.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (healthcare or digital health experience preferred).
