Job Summary

Lead the Core Solution team within SEB Kort Group, shaping cardholder onboarding and the new operational Master Data Management platform. You’ll manage a mixed line team of Mainframe COBOL and Java developers, ensuring operational stability, strong IT asset ownership, and continued delivery of business-critical capabilities. Balance stability and modernization while partnering with architects, product owners, agile teams, and stakeholders across the organization to advance SEB Kort’s technology transformation.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop a mixed line team of COBOL and Java developers, plus architects, testers, and scrum masters.
•Be accountable for IT assets connected to customer master, Nordic onboarding, and master data management capabilities.
•Ensure lifecycle management, risk management, compliance, and operational stability for business-critical solutions.
•Coach and develop engineers working across core platforms and modern Java-based solutions.
•Support development of the new operational Master Data Management platform and represent IT assets within the relevant agile domain.

Key Requirements

•Previous experience leading people (formally or informally) and strong ability to lead, coach, and mentor engineers.
•Experience leading through change and ambiguity, translating complexity into clarity.
•Solid technical understanding with a business-oriented mindset.
•Experience from complex application landscapes, preferably including legacy/core platforms and modern distributed technologies.
•Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build trust across organizational boundaries.
