Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead due diligence projects of varying complexity for M&A transactions.
  • •Coordinate internal experts and communicate with brokers, coverage/exposure experts, producers, client service, and M&A team members to develop findings and solutions.
  • •Deliver accurate due diligence reports to clients and provide daily external communication as a trusted advisor.
  • •Analyze and provide technical input on insurance coverage, claims history, insurance-related collateral/financial expense, surety bonds, and insurance sections of draft purchase agreements.
  • •Prepare spreadsheets, proposals, and client/prospect presentations; identify transaction issues and help develop resolutions with other third-party advisors.
