Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Premium proposition and product development, including proposition design, product features, segmentation, packaging, eligibility rules, and value proposition development.
  • •Define and manage product economics, pricing frameworks, commercial models, and business cases; establish success metrics and performance governance.
  • •Evolve Visa’s SMB loyalty strategy (rewards frameworks, engagement mechanics, and cardholder value propositions) and manage external partners/agencies.
  • •Drive commercialization and go-to-market by creating positioning and client value stories, enabling sellers, and supporting launches and strategic client engagements.
  • •Monitor market and competitor intelligence to inform roadmap priorities and support cross-functional portfolio planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in proposition development, product management, loyalty, rewards, benefits, or related payments disciplines.
  • •Strong commercial and strategic thinking to translate insights into scalable solutions.
  • •Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and launch customer propositions.
  • •Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project leadership skills.
  • •Knowledge of payments/financial services and fintech or business banking preferred.
