Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform quality audits of standard work, work in process, finished products, and incoming parts.
  • •Collect and analyze data for trends, process capability, and machine reliability to support continuous improvement.
  • •Inspect incoming materials and outgoing product and provide feedback for corrective and/or preventive action.
  • •Maintain quality control procedures and records per company policy and ISO standards, including completing scheduled internal audits.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •2+ years working with an ISO Quality System, including internal audits, SPC techniques, and JMP data analytics.
  • •Experience including ASQ certification (CMI, CPT, CQA) desired.
  • •2-year technical degree; 4-year B.S. degree highly desired.
  • •Detail-oriented with proven problem-solving using basic quality tools (e.g., Pareto analysis, gage R&R).
