Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery and execution across cross-functional teams within the product area to ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes.
  • •Evaluate product and business requirements for technical feasibility and architectural alignment, and translate them into well-defined EPICs and technical user stories.
  • •Plan and drive sprint execution with clear goals, manage timelines and dependencies, and champion engineering processes and rituals for team efficiency.
  • •Stay hands-on on critical initiatives by guiding design decisions, enforcing sound design patterns, and participating in code reviews to maintain engineering quality.
  • •Ensure robust monitoring, alerting, and observability for owned services, meet SLIs/SLOs, and partner with Product to define and publish post-release metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •8-10 years of experience as a Software Developer/Engineer or similar hands-on technical role.
  • •5+ years building production systems using Java and Spring Boot.
  • •3+ years of proven engineering leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
  • •Solid Agile experience and ability to translate product requirements into EPICs, user stories, and tasks.
