Job Summary

Support TikTok Shop’s UK Merchant Acquisition and Incubation team by helping deliver seller education initiatives and seller communication campaigns. Create and maintain seller onboarding and education materials, draft newsletters/announcements/webinar content, and coordinate webinars and community events. Execute outreach across email and other seller channels, build segmentation lists, monitor outreach performance dashboards, and assist with cross-functional campaign launches, reporting, and operational improvements.

•Coordinate webinars, community events, and seller education initiatives from planning through execution.
•Execute and support seller outreach campaigns across channels, including segmentation, QA, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a degree and able to commit to a full-time internship for at least 12+ weeks (minimum 3 months).
•2+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or strategy, preferably in e-commerce or tech.
•Strong strategic and analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights and growth plans.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional influence.
•Self-starter with ownership and end-to-end project management capability.
