Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Support or lead the design and delivery of D&O/ML placement strategies that meet client needs and deliver strong outcomes.
  • •Negotiate with London and international insurers on coverage, pricing, and policy terms.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
  • •Provide technical support across D&O and related management liability products, including Employment Practices Liability, Crime/Fidelity, and Fiduciary Liability.
  • •Own the placement process for a client portfolio from market submissions through binding and post-placement servicing, partnering with Claims and Coverage teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in Directors’ & Officers’ (D&O), financial lines, professional lines, management liability, or a related insurance discipline.
  • •Strong technical and analytical skills with a desire to keep building expertise as technology develops.
  • •Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • •A proactive, collaborative approach to problem solving.
  • •Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with a commercial mindset focused on delivery.
