Key Responsibilities

•Act as a trusted adviser and brand ambassador for Aon, leading client relationships and building confidence with clients, carriers and stakeholders
•Own the end-to-end client journey from renewal strategy and financial planning through retention, growth and jeopardy management
•Deliver high-quality, proactive service by understanding clients’ businesses, meeting face-to-face and managing expectations throughout the year
•Ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance using Aon’s processes and technology to deliver great client outcomes
•Collaborate across Aon to solve problems, unlock client value and identify new revenue opportunities through internal networks
