Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with regional and Business Line teams on priority pursuits, including pre-positioning, RFQs/RFPs, and shortlist interviews.
  • •Manage the proposal team by allocating workload, driving cross-skilling, and ensuring compliant, quality deliverables across the federal portfolio.
  • •Lead large, complex, priority must-win proposals from capture through interview stages, developing schedules, templates, content plans, annotated outlines, drafts, and compliance matrices.
  • •Drive win strategies through Go/No-Go, capture strategies, greenlight analyses, color team reviews, quality reviews, and implementation of review feedback.
  • •Serve as a color team and reviewer for must-win pursuits, conduct debriefs, apply lessons learned, and support strategic planning and initiatives to streamline processes (including AI integration).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or related field plus 8+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent).
  • •3+ years of people-management experience with a demonstrated record of recruiting, developing, mentoring, and retaining talent.
  • •Demonstrated interest in and working knowledge of the Architecture/Engineering (A/E) industry with emphasis on U.S. Federal clients.
  • •Proven ability to estimate level of effort, balance workloads, lead diverse teams, and collaborate with Business Lines and client account managers.
  • •Excellent writing/editing skills and proficiency with desktop publishing/design tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
