Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules and achieve manufacturing staff results through communicating expectations, coaching, and enforcing systems and policies.
  • •Maintain workflow by monitoring process steps and control points, setting processing variables, monitoring resources, implementing cost reductions, and driving corrections to malfunctions.
  • •Complete production plans by scheduling and assigning personnel, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, and reporting shift production summaries.
  • •Ensure equipment operation by requesting repairs and evaluating new equipment and techniques; compile and analyze production performance records and data.
  • •Maintain a safe and clean work environment by directing personnel on control points and equipment, ensuring compliance with policies, training workers, and supporting HSE initiatives and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years of relevant experience in production operations.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of production processes, equipment, and workflows in the water supply and distribution industry.
  • •Strong leadership and supervisory skills to oversee teams, allocate resources, and ensure operational efficiency.
  • •Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices; ability to support and comply with HSE initiatives and incident reporting.
  • •Preferably SAP/ERP functional skills are required for success in this role.
