Key Responsibilities

•Prepare designs and specifications in accordance with the Design Manual Roads Bridges (DMRB).
•Develop designs using AutoCAD and Civil3D, PDS Signs, PDS Lines, Key Signs, Key Lines.
•Be accountable for self-checking and certifying designs, documents, approvals, and reports.
•Work with graduate engineers and technicians to deliver work packages and coordinate engineering resources across schemes.
•Collaborate with clients and key stakeholders to deliver highways projects for local and strategic networks.

Key Requirements

•A degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent within a highway design role, with a focus on highways projects.
•Experience delivering design work in accordance with Design Manual for Roads and Bridges (DMRB).
•Proficiency in preparing designs and specifications and cost estimation.
•Experience with AutoCAD and Civil3D; familiarity with PDS Signs, PDS Lines, Key Signs/Lines is beneficial.
•Ability to work with graduate engineers and technicians to deliver work packages and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
