Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure safety-first culture for program and project solutions.
  • •Support network Track installation to meet Tool Installation Qualification (TIQ) goals.
  • •Track defect reduction and drive Machine Matching Management (MMM) to improve Track productivity and process matching.
  • •Lead Track Technical Authority governance across Track areas of focus and facilitate cross-collaboration projects.
  • •Provide executive progress reporting and coach network Track leaders while identifying bottlenecks and sharing best practices across HVM fabs.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Expertise in Photo Tracks installation, TIQ, and base build, with green-field startup experience preferred.
  • •Deep knowledge of Photo Track equipment troubleshooting, including hardware, systems, and applications.
  • •Expert in Photo Track defect analysis, isolation, and troubleshooting using DOE and recipe problem-solving.
  • •Experience with photo track quality management, including Supplier Quality Notice (SQN), GPSS, and 8D CAPA closure.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively across organizational levels and geographies, including Chinese or Japanese skills (advantage).
