Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical leadership for the development and delivery of enterprise applications, ensuring high quality, scalable solutions
•Design and implement AI/ML-enabled features using Python, LangChain, and LLMs, including integration with Azure OpenAI and local models
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture, data models, and deployment strategies across cloud platforms
•Drive DevOps practices including Docker, REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable, repeatable software releases
•Mentor and guide engineers, manage priorities, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones

Key Requirements

•Proven experience leading application development teams and delivering enterprise software
•Strong Python (PEP8 / Google standards) proficiency with modern frameworks
•Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms: Azure ML, Azure Databricks, Azure AI Services
•Experience with LLM tooling: LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel (or equivalents) and open-source/local models
•Experience with DevOps: Docker, REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines and scalable data stores (SQL-based RDBMS, vector databases)
