•Provide teller and platform support, including processing daily financial transactions and opening checking and savings accounts.
•Open and process deposit accounts such as IRAs, certificates of deposit, and money market accounts.
•Identify client needs through consultative conversations and recommend appropriate products and services.
•Cross-sell and make referrals to bank partners; conduct regular outbound calls to clients and prospects to meet sales and referral goals.
•Assist with client loan application processing handoff, research and resolve client inquiries, and support daily banking center operations and training while maintaining compliance.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED and 1 year of experience as a Teller (preferred).
•Complete a background credit check as part of the employment process.
•Comply with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations.
•Expected to meet compliance requirements for bank regulations, policies, procedures, risk management, internal controls, and the code of ethics.
•Complete the DeGarmo Retail Behavioral Assessment and submit assessment results prior to evaluation.
