Integrated Experiences Keynote Associate Manager

Lead as the #2 on assigned keynote programs spanning World Tours, internal, paid, and Dreamforce events. Manage partners and critical deliverables across main keynote content, demo tech and speakers, video and broadcast partnerships, while supporting executive communications and budget management. Coordinate planning calls with stakeholders on specifications and deadlines, develop workback schedules and AI-driven workflow improvements, and maintain keynote best-practice standards. Travel to 8+ global events per year.
