Job Summary

Implement, configure, and optimize Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems to support Levi Strauss product development from concept to market. You’ll integrate PLM with other enterprise tools, maintain data integrity, and improve workflows, templates, and reports. Work with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware to ensure interoperability, troubleshoot system issues, and provide support during go-live and post-deployment while leveraging FlexPLM and Windchill knowledge.

Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

•Support end-to-end PLM implementation activities, including setup, configuration, and customization.
•Integrate PLM solutions into other enterprise systems across the LS&Co ecosystem.
•Maintain data integrity and consistency across PLM and connected systems.
•Develop and refine workflows, templates, and reports to improve product development processes.
•Provide technical support during go-live and post-deployment, including troubleshooting and performance optimization.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience implementing and supporting PLM platforms, including system setup, configuration, and customization.
•FlexPLM expertise, including modules such as Line Planning, Tech Pack, and Colour & Material Management; plus configuration, customization, and upgrades.
•Experience integrating PLM solutions with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP like SAP) and supporting system integrations.
•Proficiency with Java, JSP, XML, and SQL used in FlexPLM back end, plus experience with Windchill architecture.
•Knowledge of engineering processes, data governance, change management, and workflow/data migration/performance tuning.
