Scale the company’s social and community presence by building differentiated, 360-degree content programs across YouTube, LinkedIn, and Reddit. Partner with the VP of Product and Content Marketing to shape conversations around agentic AI and the future of enterprise work. Own community management and topic coverage, develop channel-specific growth strategies, use performance data to refine content, and lead end-to-end short- and long-form video creation to drive followers, engagement, and inbound leads.

•Use data to identify high-value topics/content gaps, track performance, and optimize for algorithmic and conversion changes across channels.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to align social/community content with broader company initiatives and create end-to-end short- and long-form video content.

•Translate complex ideas across video, audio, and text for technical and executive audiences.
•Deep knowledge of LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit as primary channels, with experience scaling original content at scale.
