•Monitor Campaign Performance: Track the status of campaigns, identify underperforming areas, and escalate complex cases to market leadership and HQ as needed.
•Support Strategy Development: Participate in shaping effective market-level strategies by gathering insights and collaborating on improvement initiatives.
•Oversee Implementation: Monitor and ensure implementation of campaign recommendations to drive performance.
•Create Action Plan: Develop tailored action plans to address campaign challenges.
•Recommend Improvement: Provide recommendations for campaign improvements and support teams in adopting best practices.

Key Requirements

•Proven track record in optimizing campaigns with strong business, product, and operational acumen.
•Proficiency in data analysis to identify underperformance and recommend impactful solutions.
•Experience in managing project tasks, including monitoring and documentation.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills.
•Fluent English; Italian language skills are a plus.
