Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technology workstream scope, plan, milestones, and critical path for Project Sirena.
  • •Establish operational readiness and automation efficiencies in partnership with Business and Operations teams.
  • •Develop detailed execution plans and manage delivery against migration plans with clear programme reporting.
  • •Run steering forums and executive updates, setting decision pathways and escalating risks, issues, and trade-offs.
  • •Coordinate integrated plans across workstreams, including dependencies, RAID, delivery assurance, and financial controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Substantial experience delivering end-to-end large-scale transformation programmes in a global or regional banking context.
  • •Proven ownership of a core banking migration or mission-critical platform transformation.
  • •Experience delivering technology change in merger/integration, carve-out, or complex multi-entity environments.
  • •Cutover planning and execution capability including runbooks, command centre, rollback approach, and hypercare.
  • •Strong governance and change control discipline across scope, schedule, budget, and delivery assurance.
