Serve as a trusted advisor who holds consultative conversations to understand clients’ financial goals and recommend tailored solutions. Support an excellent client experience by assisting teller-line needs, resolving issues, staying current on policies and operations, and helping onboard new associates.

•Engage clients in consultative conversations to understand priorities and recommend personalized banking solutions, including deposits, loans, lines of credit, and internal referrals.
•Identify and fulfill client deposit and borrowing needs, open deposit accounts, and take loan applications.
•Provide personalized financial advice aligned to clients’ short- and long-term goals to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
•Conduct regular calls to clients and prospects to offer tailored financial solutions and deepen relationships.
•Support client experience by assisting the teller line as needed, promoting sales/product knowledge/customer service, and helping with on-the-job training, vault responsibilities, and audit controls.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED.
•2–5 years of experience as a Universal Banker or Teller.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.

•Ability to complete the DeGarmo Retail Behavioral Assessment (about 12–15 minutes) and submit results prior to Talent Acquisition evaluation.
