Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales and KPI performance, supervise daily store operations, maintain visual merchandising, manage expenses and shrink, and support inventory through accurate receiving and stockroom practices. In the Store Manager’s absence, you assume full store responsibility while coaching, recruiting, and developing your team.
