Job Summary

Lead a highly agile engineering team within the Mastercard Foundry R&D group focused on Quantum, AI, and ML. Own software delivery using agile methodologies and AI-assisted processes, define requirements for new applications and customizations, and design solutions that scale globally. Provide strategic leadership across complex systems and applications, supervise and coach engineers and leaders, and collaborate across disciplines with data scientists, engineers, quality, and UI/UX experts to bring innovative payment products to market.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and supervise a team of highly skilled engineers and deliver software development projects using agile methodologies and AI-assisted processes.
•Define requirements for new applications and customizations in line with standards, processes, and best practices.
•Develop and architect solutions that integrate Quantum and AI/ML with software engineering aspects.
•Research, design, and document scalable solutions for global deployment.
•Oversee software engineering function execution for assigned projects and collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, quality engineers, and UI/UX experts to deliver multidisciplinary outcomes.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of industry experience in software engineering and delivery of software engineering projects.
•Experience working with experts in Quantum, Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, or data science.
•Experience with Python and Jupyter, including putting those technologies into production.
•Experience developing and deploying technologies in virtual environments, including Kubernetes.
•Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise engineering teams and drive software project execution and reporting.
