Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and continuously optimize our outbound engine—multi-channel sequences, enrichment waterfalls, deliverability, and the workflows that tie it all together.
  • •Find novel, compounding applications of AI to demand and lead generation, including signal-based triggers, LLM-generated personalization at scale, automated account research synthesis, and ICP scoring.
  • •Own the integrations between our CRM, enrichment tools, outbound platforms, and internal systems; write code, build webhooks, and ensure data consistency across systems.
  • •Run structured tests on messaging, channel mix, timing, and audience segmentation; build measurement infrastructure to know what’s working and scale what does.
  • •Translate pipeline strategy into working systems with sales leadership and founders; maintain fast, scalable outbound infrastructure.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or a technical GTM-adjacent role
  • •Proficient in Python or SQL, with experience in APIs and building engineering-grade workflows
  • •Hands-on experience with modern GTM tools (Clay, Apollo, Instantly, HeyReach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar)
  • •Track record of building outbound systems that generated measurable pipeline
  • •Genuine curiosity about applying AI to GTM problems
