Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead design and installation engineering/analysis for subsea and offshore projects, addressing complex and nonstandard technical problems with minimal guidance.
  • •Perform conceptual, FEED, and detailed analyses and design per design basis, project specifications, and applicable codes and standards.
  • •Support tender engineering activities including document review, subcontractor document preparation, CTR preparation, bid evaluation, and vendor selection.
  • •Act as technical reports and documentation owner for design calculations, engineering analysis, and interfaces with third parties (subcontractors and verification bodies).
  • •When acting as Lead Engineer, direct small/medium engineering teams and plan, organize, and oversee discipline execution (scope, deliverables, schedules, manpower resources) while maintaining engineering integrity and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10–15 years of industry experience related to SURF.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
  • •Familiar with the content and application of standards, codes, and guidelines applicable to subsea engineering.
  • •Experience with installation engineering and analyses for subsea infrastructure, including rigid pipelines, flexible flowlines, risers, and subsea structures.
  • •Experience with industry-standard analysis software (e.g., Orcaflex, MCS Pipelay, Abaqus) and industry codes/standards for subsea installation engineering and analysis.
