Job Summary

Lead the Outbound Large Pack logistics team to ensure safe, high-quality, cost-efficient packing operations. Set priorities, delegate tasks, resolve bottlenecks, and drive delivery reliability, cycle time, and cost performance. Organize supporting processes and infrastructure, manage staffing and HR&O execution, and coach a team of ~15 FTE across two shifts. Initiate LEAN improvements (including 5S+1) and collaborate with LO teams, ASML departments, and logistics service providers.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure a safe working environment for the Large Pack team.
•Secure required quality and implement improvement plans for the department.
•Lead the team to meet delivery reliability, cycle time, and cost targets; solve problems and manage priorities.
•Organize supporting processes and ensure required infrastructure for effective logistics execution.
•Initiate and drive continuous improvement projects (including LEAN/5S+1) and collaborate with LO teams, ASML departments, and Logistics Service Providers.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years in a leading position within warehouse logistics or comparable logistics functions.
•Knowledge and experience in warehousing and supporting processes.
•SAP ECC/EWM knowledge.
•Experience organizing, developing, and coaching teams.
•Problem analysis and continuous process improvement experience, including LEAN initiatives.
