Job Summary

Drive requirements gathering, solution design, and delivery for enterprise initiatives on a technology and business transformation team. Gather and document business and functional/non-functional requirements, facilitate discovery workshops, and translate needs into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. Analyze existing systems and data flows, support complex enterprise and third-party integration work (including API/data mapping), and collaborate across product, architecture, development, QA, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.

•Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
•Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering/discovery and solution design discussions with business and technology stakeholders.
•Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
•Partner with product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and business users across the project lifecycle.
•Support integration and testing activities by defining API/data mapping requirements, validating solution designs, and assisting with UAT and defect triage.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
•6+ years of progressive technology-focused business analysis (or related roles).
•3+ years of business experience within the Financial Services industry.
•Experience analyzing data models, system interfaces, and integration requirements.
•Experience with API contract mapping, Postman, SQL methodology, and delivery, plus requirements management and project tracking tools.
