Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan workload, career development, wellbeing, and oversee technical quality with the local team and Regional Director.

Key Requirements

  • •Appropriate academic qualification in a related discipline, and Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (membership progression supported).
  • •Experience managing staff and mentoring individuals as they progress their careers.
  • •Proven delivery of client work through devising and delivering survey programmes, developing practical mitigation, and supervising on-site implementation.
  • •Experience with Ecological Impact Assessment and writing EIA Reports.
  • •Project management experience on medium to large scale projects, including winning work from commercial clients across sectors.
