Key Responsibilities

  • •Own assigned projects from AOR kickoff through store opening, turnover, and project closeout.
  • •Drive project execution aligned with company objectives, brand standards, operational requirements, approved budgets, and timelines.
  • •Lead preconstruction activities including landlord kickoff meetings and review/redline of design and construction drawings prior to landlord and permit submissions.
  • •Lead construction management by running weekly OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings, tracking RFIs and change orders, and resolving project issues.
  • •Manage turnover and store opening readiness by developing punchlists, coordinating closeout documentation (as-builts, warranties, operation manuals), and supporting cross-functional readiness activities.

Key Requirements
