Own retail store projects from AOR kickoff through store opening, turnover, and closeout. Drive execution aligned to budgets, timelines, brand standards, and operational requirements. Manage preconstruction activities (landlord kickoff, drawing reviews, permit/bid documentation coordination) and lead construction administration via OAC meetings, RFIs, change orders, contractor performance, and site visits. Manage risk, stakeholder communication, and turnover closeout documentation for store readiness.
