Job Summary

Supervise a small team of Mortgage Loan Originators, ensuring loan documents for processing, underwriting, and closing are secured on time. Drive annual loan volume origination goals, build referral relationships with brokers, builders, and external partners, and actively participate in local and state mortgage and real estate trade associations. Lead hiring, interviewing, and employee development to retain talent and strengthen customer relationships across U.S. Bank Home Mortgage and other business lines. Maintain required NMLS registration under SAFE Act and Regulation Z.
