Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead SD and GTS workstreams in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs and act as the primary escalation point for SD/GTS topics.
  • •Own end-to-end Order-to-Cash and Global Trade Compliance processes aligned to SAP S/4HANA best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • •Drive solution design and hands-on configuration for SAP SD (sales orders, pricing, deliveries, billing, credit management) and SAP GTS (compliance management, customs management, preference management, trade agreements).
  • •Design and govern SD–GTS integration for embargo checks, export controls, customs processing, and duty calculation; ensure seamless cross-module integration.
  • •Lead unit testing, SIT/UAT, defect management, cutover planning for sales orders/deliveries/billing/trade data, and provide go-live and hypercare support.
