Manage VF customer accounts by contacting them across Europe regarding payments, credit terms, and order-related queries. Use fluent French and English communication to build trusted business relationships, resolve issues quickly, and help customers pay accurately and on time. Maintain clean, accurate records in VF IT systems and collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to reduce risks and support ongoing orders.
